Consulting Services

All consulting services purchased from Perry Avenue are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. There are no refunds for consulting hours purchased.

Consulting hours are good for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Implementation Services

All Implementations will be billed at a minimum of 10 hours. 10 hours will always be dedicated to the implementation itself. 

Additional hours may be purchased together with Perry Avenue's implementation service for consulting, web development, etc. 

These hours are non-refundable, and are good for 12 months from date of purchase. 

Web Development

Web Development is scoped and agreed upon prior to payment.

The schedule of payments is as follows:

• 50% of total cost must be paid as a deposit prior to work being performed.
  • 20% of the deposit is non-refundable. This covers scoping and administration of development projects. 
  • 80% of the deposit may be refunded.
• 40% of total project cost is due upon approval* of site/project development
  • *Perry Avenue and client have worked through any drafts and revisions.
• 10% is due upon launch of website (go-live)

Clients may choose to cancel a development project before work commences. Perry Avenue will refund 80% of the deposit. 

If work has commenced, the client will be responsible for any hours accrued by Perry Avenue for development work. These hours will be billed at Perry Avenue's current hourly development rate.
